Jordan
today voiced its solidarity with the UAE following the fall of a number of
Emirati soldiers in the line of duty during 'Operation Restore Hope', under the
Arab alliance to support the people of Yemen and their legitimate government.
''Jordan
stands with the UAE in this calamity following the martyrdom of a number of
soldiers while performing their duty towards their fellow Yemenis,'' Jordan's
government spokesperson Mohammad Momani said.
He
offered, on behalf of the Jordanian government, sincere condolences and
sympathy to the leadership, government and people of the UAE and to the
families of martyrs and prayed the Almighty Allah to grant the martyrs' souls
rest in Paradise and bestow patience and solace upon their families. –End-
