U.S. and Emirates strengthen bilateral ties


His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, arrived today in Washington starting a visit to the United States.
H.H. Sheikh Mohamed will attend a dinner banquet hosted at the White House by US President Barack Obama on the occasion of the Camp David summit meeting with the leaders of members of Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC).
President Obama will welcome His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the leaders and representatives of other GCC countries upon their arrival at the White House.
H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed is heading the UAE delegation to Camp David Summit which starts on Thursday.

H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed will be accompanied to the summit meeting by H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy National Security Advisor; H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister; Yousef Al Otaiba, Ambassador of the UAE to the United States; and other officials.
